Swap Dell Perc H310 with H16 IT for IBM M5015?

I Currently have two Dell Perc H310 cards but I managed to get 5 IBM M5015 cards for no money at all.

Are they better? Should I upgrade? Can these even be flashed to IT mode?

They do have a battery, the H310 doesn't.

See the LSI sticky at the top of this forum. The 5015's would be great if you were building some ESXi hosts, but aren't useful at all for FreeNAS.
