Help to configure the UPS port for USB

I am running a ASRockC2550D4I and I have Cyber Power CP1350AVRLCD connected using usb cable. I keep getting errors "ups battery is low"
When I check the battery it is full 100% charged. I was also wondering if I am configured correctly with the proper port settings, it is set on /dev/ugen0.2

from the shell prompt can you type:

upsc UPSNAME

where UPSNAME is the one you configured, and get an output of all the various UPS data?

Yes, I have done that and it says my battery is 100%.

Does this issue persist on 11.2-RELEASE? If so, have you reported a bug yet at bugs.freenas.org?

I had this issue since 11.1 U6.
