All apps gone after upgrade to Cobia

Well I just upgraded from Bluefin to Cobia and I got the same issue. Apps are no longer listing.

Is there a manual fix?

Have you tried unset then reset the ix-application pool in GUI under the App section->setting-> unselect/select pool?
