Music player daemon (musicpd) pbi on Freenas 8.2

Hey there
I've just set up my first Freenas 8.2 and have successfully set up the plugin jail. I am having trouble getting muscipd pbi to work. Managed to find it here. It installs but won't start due to "some error occured" and then when rebooting the Nas box I lose the web gui. I am stumped. Anyone had any success with this?. If so any chance that you could give a few pointers. Many thanks reedy

Hi there,

I can't help with musicpd as I don't know anything about the application.

I assume there is some sort of error/panic occurring before the web daemon starts. Plug a monitor in and see if there are any error messages. Also check your logs as they should give you some indication as to the issue.

I once had a similar issue where reinstallation of both FreeNAS and the jail fixed the issue.
