SOLVED Can install Core, but Scale will not load after install..

I'm having a really strange situation, I have an older Supermicro server, and it will install & run Core with no issue, however, with the latest Scale, it will install, but during its next boot, it will get to a certain stage (but this also varies), and will not progress any further.

So either an update from Core, or a fresh setup, it has this issue.

I even tried it on another almost identical server, with the same outcome.

I know I haven't provided much info, but anybody got any suggestions.

I DO have Scale running on a Supermicro server but with a Tyan motherboard, not an SMC board.

Well strangely enough I think I've fixed the problem just by constant fiddle and persistence, and it seems that there must have been some weird bios setting in the motherboard, cos I cleared the CMOS and it installed as it should, and works, so job's done.
