ZFS cache - takes whole RAM?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, is it following normal???

And sometimes cache eats up all available RAM:

As far as I can see, after transfer of large amount of data (like over 40-50GB) ZFS cache expanding itself and keep staying at that max. size, without any flushing...
