Is it possible to setup USB memory stick as Write cache.

Why would you doing this?

Note that flash memory is very limited in the number of write cycles, so you really don't want to use a USB stick here... :)

That's all that needs to be asked. USB sticks do NOT have a high IOPS. This is a bad idea on so many fronts I'm not even going to try to discuss all the possible bullets.

Is it "possible"? Yes.

Is it pretty high on the list of stupid things you could do to your server? Absolutely.
