Why can't I access truenas by the network name?

Hello, this is my first post, I read the documentation, I looked here on the forum and I couldn't solve the issue, when I click on the windows environment, it informs the msg "that it is not possible to access".. which could be causing this problem ? by ip it works normally. thanks

Probably DNS resolution
What happens if you "ping truenas" (just to confirm)

After that we would need to know the setup of your network and what your DNS server is.
If you don't have a DNS server you can edit then look at the hosts file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc) and put an entyry into that

Thanks for the feedback, but really, it's pinging Truenas DNS.. (print attached) I really don't understand what's going on..
