I built a vm. Want to load an iso in it so it can build.

I run it, and I see a small console, I can make it bigger, it is a screen.php, but my problem is that there is no kb or mouse!

Trying to install Centos6, no kb

They talk about a right-HOST key, right ctrl key, doesn't do anything.

How does one get the kb to work, and after installing Centos, get the extensions and install them?

As you see, it opens this screen.php which never updates, even though I told it every 5 seconds.....

How? Am I dense here?

The VM is running but has no address yet, I am in the process of installing Centos, using the setup screen

Using RealVNC and UltraVNC, trying to connect to the virtualbox ip? Tried RDP, but no address yet. What am I missing?

RDP is a Windows thing. Use a vnc client. Connect to the virtual box IP. Use the port indicated by virtual box for your VM

What addresss? The Virtual Machine does not yet have an address, it is being setup, just booted a virtual ISO waiting for hitting return, see screenshot.

UVNC to the VirtualBox itself gives, cannot connect to server.

Is there a special port to connect throught UVNC, through Virtualbox to the VM?

My Virtual box php screen is on 192.168.1.80
So I am trying 192.168.1.180:5900

Ok made more progress

Set password in virtual box for this vm, went to ultravnc at port 9000, put in password, got console screen, but no display, saying 'reconnection' over and over. Are there special UVNC settings to use? I have it set to AUTO

Got it!!!!

The vm was aborted due to waiting so long....restarted it, vnc is fine!

Thank you!
