what even is "a usb network gateway"?
USB NICs (and drives) on TrueNAS are highly discouraged, but this almost sounds like you want to expose TrueNAS to the internet directly...if so, please stop.
if that is not what you mean, you are going to need to include dramatically more infomation.
start by reading the forum rules.

Actually, what I want is to plug a printer and use a network gate for using it in another computer. A network gate is basically allowing a computer to use a USB port from another computer over enthernet. I saw some posts that is basically impossible to use a printer with truenas, so I guess this option may worm somehow

that is not what a network gateway is, a gateway is a connection to another network, like the "web", and you usually do it through a router with a firewall.
it sounds like you want to make TrueNAS a print server? definitely not sure, but you definitely should read the forum rules.
knowing what your printer is might help someone tell you if this is even possible, but note that just getting a network capable printer would probably be dramatically easier.

So the question is whether you can set up TrueNAS as a USB-over-IP host. A little bit of web searching suggests that the relevant software doesn't really exist under FreeBSD, only Linux (and it doesn't even seem to be something that's well-supported under Linux), so that would suggest that the answer is likely to be "no."

You might have a better time of it installing CUPS in a jail and using that as a print server.
