Upgrade from Bluefin to Cobia - Remains in old boot environment

Hello,

I've attempted to upgrade from 22.12.2 to 23.10.1 via the GUI. It "appears" to have updated, however, it still boots in 22.12.2. The boot environments look as such:

OS Version:TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.2
Product:Z590I AORUS ULTRA
Model:11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz
Memory:31 GiB

I've tried to reboot/ shutdown, however the system still boots into bluefin. Any suggestions?
