I have a Cisco C240 M4 server I'm going to use for TrueNAS Core. It has:
These are the settings I can set and what I have them am preemptively.
Should I change any of these? I have read that HWPM might bite me in the butt, maybe?

I have also set QPI Snoop Mode to "Early Snoop" which the documentation lists as better for workloads not optimized for NUMA.

That link is Cisco's documentation for this server's settings.
Are there any other setting I should have a gander at as well?
Edit: I forgot to mention some of the things I might be planning on using in TrueNAS. It will be a single raidz2 vdev, mostly running zstd compression and maybe dedupe since I'm RAM rich. Lots of mixed media, so I'll be looking into zvols of various block sizes and maybe a L2ARC cache. I will also be running a Hydrus database so I might also mirror that in its entirety to a SSD... somehow (research needed).
- two Xeon E5-2650 v4
- 128GB EEC DDR4 2133 MHz ram (I can expand that to 384GB later, or more if I feel like replacing what I already have, it was a killer deal in the end)
- 12 LFF hotswap bays, 3 of which are loaded with 8tb NAS class drives (two WD80EMAZ, one IronWolf Pro. I will be using the new ZFS expand feature when it comes to that. I am already theory crafting a way to manually force restriping to ameliorate the efficiency loss from this.)
- (For the curios) Other stats are pretty good too. i350 based networking, 256 Gb 840 Pro boot drive, redundant PSUs, behind a UPS; only prickly part is the SAS card is a LSI 3108 based unit which cannot run the 'ideal' firmware.
