Hi all,

I'm looking to add a seventh and eighth drive to my current FreeNAS running on a board with 6x SATA ports. Having dug around for how to approach this, I've purchased an LSI 9240-8i and intend to flash it to IT mode. The few tutorials I've seen around all link to the same source for the firmware files: http://www.files.laptopvideo2go.com/hdd/sas2008.zip

That link is currently throwing a 404. Is there another known source to get this from?

It looks like the firmware files available on the Broadcom site might be what is needed here. First to flash 9211-8i firmware, then IT mode. I'll give this a try later this week.
