and a gt 450 if i ever need to connect a monitori have 24 gigs of ram, i7 920, x58 pr (msi) and 5 hdds plus additional ssd for cache (one of the hdds is for the OS to run on)
Sorry that i answered worng, i'm not that good with electronics i did it as a little project with a frind of mine. Its amazing how people can't answer a simple question. Though to be fair you have included some info
I don't recognise the X58 pr (msi) - or is that meant be to a X58 Pro? (of which there are multiple versions)
How are the HDD's connected to the motherboard
What HDD's are they?
What was the machine used for before, how long ago? ie did you just build out of parts or has it been repurposed as is?
My actual suggestions:
When you built the machine did you run memtest for at least 24 hours on it? If not then please do so
Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version? Again, if not then please do so.
Lastly, cache - there is no such thing as cache. There is however ARC, L2ARC, SLOG, sVdev (and possibly others) all of which you might mean. "Cache" almost certainly doesn't mean what you think it means and almost certainly won't do what you want it to do. (And can you spot my deliberate mistake?)
Okay i dont know what you mean with virtual device, but i tried several Ports, i am now going to try a different USB Stick. And i can record the whole installation process with my elgato, its maybe attached in the next post of mine.I had a similar issue when trying to install through ILO (HP version of IPMI). The virtual device with the image was getting disconnected during copying the installer into ram which resulted in kernel panic.
Like @NugentS suggested check with new image on different USB drive and port.
the USB device you see was my keyboard no need to worryUPDATE:
Okay so i got somehow into the installation and got another problem:
as you see im not that good with this kind of softwear, but hey i hope somebody could help me!

yeah i read that in some other Threads... but after i get the second message the server wont do anything else and i just see some kinf of root shellI don't really see any problem here. First boot can take longer and "interrupt took too long" messages are normal. I also get them on my dual Xeon system.
If you press enter in that shell do you get TrueNas menu (list of options, sometimes they get pushed off the screen by system messages and pressing enter refreshes them)? If yes that means that TrueNas has booted, if not I don't really know how to help you :(yeah i read that in some other Threads... but after i get the second message the server wont do anything else and i just see some kinf of root shell
