It doesn't work because you don't have any hardware to run it on...........

Full hardware spec please

Its amazing how people can't answer a simple question. Though to be fair you have included some info

I don't recognise the X58 pr (msi) - or is that meant be to a X58 Pro? (of which there are multiple versions)
How are the HDD's connected to the motherboard
What HDD's are they?

What was the machine used for before, how long ago? ie did you just build out of parts or has it been repurposed as is?

My actual suggestions:
When you built the machine did you run memtest for at least 24 hours on it? If not then please do so
Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version? Again, if not then please do so.

Lastly, cache - there is no such thing as cache. There is however ARC, L2ARC, SLOG, sVdev (and possibly others) all of which you might mean. "Cache" almost certainly doesn't mean what you think it means and almost certainly won't do what you want it to do. (And can you spot my deliberate mistake?)

Sorry that i answered worng, i'm not that good with electronics i did it as a little project with a frind of mine.

its a X58 PRO from msi (greenpower dr moos edition). The Hdds/ssd are connected through a sate cable, directly into the mainboard.
The Machine was a "gaming pc" once never really used that often, and i had TrueNas Core running on it but decided to switch to scale. Yes i did a Memtest, all good with the ram, just changed it one week ago. Bios should be the latest there are no newer versions. I used the ssd as cache thats what i meant not that its a cache on its own. And no i cant spot your mistake because this server stuff is pretty new to me.

Edit: Ram are 4 Sticks of Corsair XMS3, all same speed and clock speeds

OK. So you had Core running on the system but scale won't install - that's useful info as is the rest.
I suggest the following:
Goto to www.debian.org and download an ISO for debian 11.2 and try installing that. Do you get the same issue. If it works then that means one thing, if it doesn't then try an older version. Its possible that debian, for whatever reason, just won't run on that workstation.
Make sure you wipe the HDD first, and remove (unplug the data cable) from all the HDD's except the boot drive (ie minimalist the machine)

Also, get a 16GB USB Flash drive - and try installing Scale on that, instead of the HDD. Its NOT a good solution for the medium or even long term but it will help diagnose the issue. (I am not entirely sure where you have got to in the install process - could you elaborate please - have you been able to select the disk to install on?)

You ought to be able to run TN Scale on that - but it is an old machine (not that that is a fatal isue). I can't see any immediate reason why its not working.

The deliberate mistake was including ARC in that list of "cache" devices. ARC is memory (RAM) and not a disk drive

Did you install to HDD or USB?
It means that TN Scale should install
I would get a new scale download, write that to the same USB as you used for the Debian and try a re-install

I had a similar issue when trying to install through ILO (HP version of IPMI). The virtual device with the image was getting disconnected during copying the installer into ram which resulted in kernel panic.

Like @NugentS suggested check with new image on different USB drive and port.

Okay i dont know what you mean with virtual device, but i tried several Ports, i am now going to try a different USB Stick. And i can record the whole installation process with my elgato, its maybe attached in the next post of mine.

This is the video btw: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4nklm1oescep9je/Server_errors.mp4?dl=0

I don't really see any problem here. First boot can take longer and "interrupt took too long" messages are normal. I also get them on my dual Xeon system.

If you press enter in that shell do you get TrueNas menu (list of options, sometimes they get pushed off the screen by system messages and pressing enter refreshes them)? If yes that means that TrueNas has booted, if not I don't really know how to help you :(
