TrueNAS Scale 22.12: TrueCharts OnlyOffice Installation fail

As of this post we are on TrueCharts OnlyOffice 7.4.0_10.0.24 and Scale 22.12.3.1. It gets stuck in deployment.

The onlyoffice-redis container appears to start up successfully. The only other container that starts at all is onlyoffice-onlyoffice-document-server-system-cnpg-wait which cannot seem to connect to whatever it wants to connect to:

Has anyone been able to deploy OnlyOffice?

I have been able.

But, I had to pull the OnlyOffice docker image manually first. Only then would it start.

Thanks for the tip. I pulled onlyoffice/documentserver and tried again with the same results. Do you mind sharing your settings?

My settings were default except for:

I used ingress
I enabled WOPI
I enabled JWT (or whatever it’s called) and set a password

Thanks for the tip, that is what I am doing minus ingress which I doubt no ingress is my problem. What versions of TrueNAS and OnlyOffice are you using?

Is this what you ended up with after pulling the images?

So I actually pulled the image that the app was trying to pull. I didn’t use latest.

You should be able to see “image already present on machine” when the app tries to deploy.
