I just migrated to new hardware (Mobo, CPU, RAM) and after the migration, while my 10GbE card is still being detected and normally seen in TrueNAS, it does not detect the actual links.
Specifically, I have direct connections between TrueNAS <--> ESXi host. They have their /24 subnet and everything worked fine pre-migration.
The ESXi side detects the link normally, however in TrueNAS the link stays down and does not get recognized.
I've already been through BIOS options such as setting the link speed to Gen2, but sadly it didn't help.
I've tried deleting/resetting the config in truenas, but no change.
The cards are X540-T2's and this is happening for both cards.
The interfaces are ix0..3

2x E5-2680 v3
64GB Samsung LRDIMM DDR4-ECC
