Hi,
I've only recently switched from Debian to TrueNAS Core on my home NAS. I've encountered this really odd error when I tried to setup Time Machine backups for our house Apple computers (2x Intel-based, 1x M1-based). To set up the Time Machine I've followed these instructions. The odd part is that I can connect to the share without a problem from Finder using the username/password I set for the time machine user and copy files to/from it but trying to add this share as a Time Machine disk tells the username/password for the very same username/password are not correct. What could be wrong? I'm running TrueNAS-12.0-U4, the computer I'm trying to backup is running macOS Big Sur 11.4.
Thank you for any advice!
