Time Machine share keep disconnecting

I checked in the previous discussions, looks like no one else is seeing this issue. looks like MacBook is able to find the Time Machine share after I created it and the drive and it starts backing up but after about a min or so it disconnects. after checking through the logs I found this below. not sure why it keeps on disconnecting it
