I've seen a few other threads about this but could not find a conclusive solution. The motherboard is a ROMED8-T2, with 2 CAT6 cables plugged into both the dedicated IPMI port and the ethernet port nearest to it. TrueNAS Scale installed fine, but then I see this on boot:

This is a link to the MOBO on Newegg: https://www.newegg.com/asrock-rack-romed8-2t/p/N82E16813140044?Item=N82E16813140044

And here is the manual: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/ROMED8-2T.pdf

Did I get a MOBO with unsupported network ports? Do I need to purchase a new NIC or USB network card that is supported? Or is there some easy way around this error. This is my first attempt to install or use TNS. Using 22.12.2 downloaded today.

Both ethernet cables are brand new and have tried swapping them. Both work perfectly for IPMI so I don't think it's the cables. When I use option 1, I can see all 3 network interfaces and have tried enabling DHCP for each with a reboot in between. Same issue each time.

Well, after re-seating cables and swapping them back and forth several times... it just works now? I guess something odd was happening with either a cable or a port, but I'm now in.

Can you tell me how you are connected from the 10GbE NIC to your network? I'm not seeing any link activity on my 10G NICs.
