I just got a FreeNAS MiniXL and I've created a VM of Windows Server 2019 and than 2016. both VM's I'm running into issues with the VM seemingly crashing or loosing access to them and have to restart them via the FreeNAS console. The error I've seen in both VM's is: "The network interface "Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver detected that its hardware has stopped responding to commands. This network interface has reset 1 time(s) since it was initialized." it's happening often. Anyone know a fix to this?
