Suddenly unable to access Web UI or Shares - IP Assigned correctly

I have come home today to find I am unable to access my shares, or the web GUI, on my truenas server. I am able to plug a monitor in, and the networking information hasn't changed, I don't see anything immediately alarming, IP is assigned correctly both in the GUI and in my router's interface... Yet I cannot access my server from any device on the network. I have moved it off the powerline ethernet and plugged it directly into the modem, IP still correct, still no ability to connect - Ping times out, attempts to access the interface give a server not found, and my plex server running off it also isn't showing up internally or externally. Nothing has changed since it was working fine yesterday, so I am seriously baffled. I've tried restarting via keyboard and the server powers off and restarts correctly, but this does not rectify the issue. Totally baffled. Not sure if there's something I can plug into the CLI to resolve it? Not even sure what to search for, nothing I tried came back with anything useful.

Specs:
  • ASUS Prime B450MA-II (ethernet via mobo)
  • AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • 16GB DDR4 RAM
  • Palit nVidia GTX 1050TI KalmX
  • Boot Drive 240GB Sata3 SSD (Samsung, I think?)
  • Storage Drive 1x Seagate IronWolf Pro 8TB
Hoping someone can help me out :)

Which is it? can you connect to the GUI or are you confirming the IP in the GUI?

Are you also saying you can connect to SSH? or do you mean the Shell tab in the GUI (again, to the previous point, can you access that or not?)?

Sorry, incorrect wording there - I am not able to access the GUI, can see the basic interface by plugging in a monitor to the system itself and that is how I am able to access the CLI and see the IP address it reports. I haven't tried to SSH in but I assume I would not be able to as it does not respond to Pings.

Your mainboard has a Realtek ethernet port. These usually don't work well, which is one of many reasons we do not advise using consumer grade desktop or gamer boards to build your NAS. You can remediate this problem by getting an Intel Desktop CT ethernet card, make sure you buy from a reputable source, not eBay or Amazon, for about $35 USD.

I see, this was mostly just a way to put an old computer to use for some basic networked storage, so I hadn't considered that fully. I'll keep tinkering to see if I can get it to come online again in the mean time, those cards are about $89 AUD so that'll have to wait for payday. Such a shame, it's worked flawlessly up until today.

have you made the Bios changes required to get ryzen systems stable?
Disable AMD Cool&Quiet
Disable Global C-States
Disable Erp-Ready

I had done all, except cool&quiet (which I have now found is called PSS in some BIOS). I've done that now but still have the same issues. However, I do note Plex is working fine but only via remote access - SMB shares are still not working nor is the web gui. Really quite baffling, but I guess it is just the ethernet.
