Strange issues with LSI3008 on my mobo

I recently flashed my SAS controller to it-mode and all seemed to work fine with the flashing process.
However, on closer inspection, things look like this.

I find it wired that only 1 drive is detected. When it was in IR, all drives were detected.
Sheould I try to reflash it? What could be the reason? Shold i even be worried?

My on board 2308 does the same thing. It's a non issue.
