I've set up a few VMs with SPICE and am using virtviewer on a Windows client to access them - works nicely.
I've installed spice guest tools and I can copy/paste text to/from the VM.
I can also drag files into the VM however, I cannot copy files out of the VM. Any ideas?

You have a NAS for exactly this reason... use the NAS... (ie. SMB).

We need a fully (network) isolated VM for this application.
Well, you obviously can access the VM through the network via SPICE... so how is this fully isolated again?

I really think you should just set it up with a proper firewalled NAT to the VM instead of trying to use the SPICE. I've used a number of things in the past like VirtualBox drag and drop, VMWare Player, Parallels, RDP, SPICE. In my opinion, none of them has ever implemented drag and drop fully headache free. Even if you manage to get it to work right now, there will always be an edge case later on in the future that won't work.
