snapshot "date created" what timezone it uses?

Hi, i am running 11.2-u4 and when looking at my periodic snapshot

ie:
snapshot.png


you can see that the name have a timestamp that is different that the "date created" my timezone is -4 so it look like the "date created" is using GMT. is it normal or it is a bug?

I believe that the datestamp is the machine's BIOS clock.
Most Linux and BSD systems I use are set to UTC(GMT), and the OS provides local time by applying the correct offset.

My FreeNAS 11 box is on UTC time.

I think this is normal behavior.

my motherboard have the eastern standard time

Ok so will it be fixe for 11.2? Or I will have to upgrade to 11.3?

It will be available in 11.3, once that is released (~ late summer).

Change bios date to real one.
No results.
FreeNAS-11.2-U8.
