FreeNAS 9.3, I shared NFS dataset for ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS

On mounted NFS share I can't change permission using setfacl :
setfacl ... Operation not supported

Any ideas?

When I use qnap NFS share, there no problem with above task.

What type of dataset, what type of permissions, and is NFSv4 checked?

Dataset is type Unix (share type), NFS V4 was checked but I test with NFS V3,
share was mounted with/without acl options too....
I tested with and without maproot/mapall, changed permision type to windows, also I test security with and without sys. ;-) Full permutation.

Can you give me plain hint how I should configure FreeNas and Unix client to use setfacl with sucess, please, please.

Please post the exact setfacl command being performed. It is possible that you are trying to set posix ACL entries on an NFSv4 ACL.
