Separate boot pool

When I first configured my TrueNAS Scale installation I told it to use both NVMes in a redundant boot pool. I would like to break the redundancy now and use the 2nd NVMe as a transcode pool. How do I go about reconfiguring the boot pool to only use a single drive instead of both? I didn't want to play around unguided on this and potentially break my system. Thanks.
