Scrub Error

The last scrub took a longer time than usual and I got the following message:

The volume tank state is DEGRADED: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error.
An attempt was made to correct the error. Applications are unaffected.

Upon further inspection, I saw that zpool status reported some errors on a drive. I cleared those a few times during the scrub and they stopped showing up.
After that I set up a long S.M.A.R.T. test and a daily short one. Neither reported anything.
Then I ran the scrub twice and still got nothing.

Is my drive going bad or was a temporary corruption? Is the data safe (fixed) now or should I be concerned?

If the scrubs are good and SMART isn't complaining, just keep an eye on the drive(s).
