RSYNC delete files no longer available in source path and put them in another folder

Hi guys today I configured a rsync task to backup truenas to synology by mounting synology nfs share in truenas and making a local rsync task. Everything works pretty well but I'd like that rsync deletes files no longer available in source path and put them in another folder (like a recycle bin) in destination path. Is it possible? Thanks
