qbittorrent seeding but files missing

Hi,

I've been using FreeNAS/TrueNAS for 5 years, simple home setup, torrent media, stream to local clients.
My qbittorrent client started to behave strangely. The downloaded files are ready, seeding, but invisible, even for the root user.
Mount points redone, ACL refreshed recursively to open, still missing.
It has been running since 2019, the last torrents working properly had been added a month ago.
Any idea?
