Power consumption of the setup

Hello I found this pc for sale in my local market, is it good as a nas server especially in relation to power consumption? As the power is extremely expensive in where I live.

Cpu: Intel xeon x5650 6 kerner 12 tråde
Motherboard : gigabyte ga-ex58
Ram: 3x4 gb ddr3
Graphics card: Nvidia gtx 460 768mb
Cpu cooler: cooler master tx3
Case: cooler master
Hdd: samsung 1tb 7200 rpm
Psu: Energon Eps-750W

There is also this motherboard and cpu if it is any good.

Motherboard : Asus p5G41 lga 775 with support toDDR3 ram.
Cpu: Intel core 2 duo e8500 @3,17 ghz
Ram: Kingston hyperx ddr3 2x2GB 1600 mhz.

Both boards have on-board Realtek NICs, which won't work well with TrueNAS. They're also desktop boards with overclocking, which again, isn't conducive to stability in a server application.

You're building a server, which is a different use case from the typical PC build.
