SOLVED Plex Plugin Installation Problem

I have been trying to install the plex plugin and every time I the following error

Connecting to TrueNAS ... Make sure the TrueNAS system is powered on and connected to the network.

I have checked my Truenas network setting but just can't figure this out.
TrueNAS is version TrueNAS-13.0-U2
I am using TrueNAS Core and my machine is a Supermicro mother board with 32gig of memory.

Any assistant will be greatly appreciated.

Don't use plugins:

iXsystems, when are you going to stop pretending that CORE has (usable) plugins?

Either use SCALE, install manually in a jail, or use my script:

Thanks for the response.
So I went into TrueNAS Core 13 and tried to just install the jail. The jail seemed to install correctly so went to the jail and tried to start the jail and after a bit of time, I received the same error as in the first post,

Connecting to TrueNAS ... Make sure the TrueNAS system is powered on and connected to the network.

I know for a fact that the system is on so maybe there is an issue with the network, but if there is I can't determine what.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
