Plex - Error code: s1001 (Network) - Live TV

I'm having some issues getting Live TV on Plex to work on new installs of Scale and Core. Using xTeVe as proxy, and I'm getting Error code: s1001 (Network) when I try to watch Live TV. No issues watching video from my library.
I've tried fresh installs of both Scale and Core on 2 different computers with the same results. I must be missing something obvious.
I would like to note that I do have a functioning TrueNAS Core / Plex / xTeVe instance working here, so I'm puzzled why this new build doesn't work.

after a bunch of testing, it looks like 6364 is the latest version that works. Does anyone know how to install a specific version of Plex in Scale?

Figured it out. Since docker is integrated, you can just install via shell and then use Portainer to manage.
