If I understand the new system correctly, it'll be in the same place as if you'd done a manual install in the jail: /usr/local/plexdata (or /usr/local/plexdata-plexpass if you installed the Plexpass version).

I'm just doing a migration to a new machine and I installed plex fresh, planning to restore my backup of the plexdata folder into it.

And discovered that there is no plexdata folder with the current 11.2 plugin. Nor is anything hidden down in (jailroot)/usr/local/plexdata/Plex Media Server as it used to be. Instead it's just /Plex Media Server in the (jailroot) folder. I unpacked my old archive of plexdata, deleted the existing /Plex Media Server and moved the archived one into place.

My previous upgrade notes had a third path, FreeNAS9 I think: {jails}/plexmediaserver_1/var/db/plexdata. It seems like the Plex plugin is rather randomly put together! Thank you hugely to whoever does it, of course, but it would be nice if the name and the update json matched for the next release... instead of "plex" but the update needing to be "plexmediaserver" or "plexmediaserver-plexpass".
