Only root can access my FTP server - I can't.

I have created an FTP server and pointed that to a dataset, where I'm (Kim) the owner.

When I try to login to my FTP server, as (Kim), I can't get access. But when I use the root user, it works just fine.

Anyone knows what could be wrong ?

Hardware specs, freenas version and error messages. Also include anything else you think is interesting. You read all these rules when you signed up so please follow them. They are also linked in red at top of site.

I have read the Account, Storage and FTP section in the guide and have seen some videos on how to setup and FTP server

When I use chrome or Explorer to login using my user "SuperKim", nothings happens. The text fields are just being cleared and ready for a new user/password to be entered. using root works just fine.

I have added a screenshot of my FTP pointing at my dataset, and the user of the dataset.

You can see my hardware and software in the signature

Hardware specs should be included with the post. Anyone using mobile device can't see signatures.

But since the hardware configuration is obviously, and completely, irrelevant to his question, why ask?

When a user is asking a question about seemingly random things happening. Login kind of works for example, that usually leads to not enough memory. Even the simplest question sometimes go on for 6-10 posts before it's found out that the OP doesn't have the required hardware.

Also this guy has already been told once to include it in the post in his other thread.

If login is not working on ftp, it is not seemingly random, it is an authentication issue. If you have 8 gig of memory and it's shared by 512 mbytes, you assume immediately that the problem is ram. Why so?

On home systems, it is often unnecessary to buy 2x6 core xeon with 48gigabytes memory, just to serve 4 disk pool on gigabit network with realtek cards...
