I have a MINI XL where the drive started flashing green, then pauses and starts flashing green again. The rest of the drives display a steady blue as this drive did at one point also. When I when into the GUI it there was an alert but this did not say the drive was failed or the performance was degraded. I reseated the drive and it continues to flash green, but the alert went away in the GUI and the status states healthy. Is this an indication of a bad drive, should I replace it or is this indicating some other issue?

Perhaps someone else knows more about the specifics of the indicator lights on the MINI XL than I do and can diagnose your situation based on that alone. I would suggest though that if you get alerts, error messages, etc that you post exactly what they are. The alert may be relevant and knowing exactly what the alert was might help someone identify the cause of your situation.
