No log display on the GUI with a new install of TrueNas

Hello I have a older Freenas install that I have had for a long time, it is upgraded to TrueNAS 12.8
I have the bottom green log I love when I need to see whats going on.

I have installed another copy of TrueNAS 12.8 on a old computer to do my backup's and I dont see the green log on the GUI.

How do I put this on the backup computer?
