Nextcloud Android Access

I'm using TrueNAS 12 Update 8 and the Nexcloud plugin version 23.0.2.

I have the Nextcloud desktop client (version 3.4.4) which is working fine.

I'm trying to use the Android client (version 3.19.1) but I'm having trouble connecting to my server. When I try to enter the URL I get "Could not find host". When I try to access it with the IP address, it allows me to connect, but this causes a problem as the certificate can't be trusted.

I can't seem to find anything on the internet about configuring Nextcloud and Android app access. Has anyone got experience with this and is able to help me out?

That seems to be a question of name resolution... do you have the same DNS settings on the android device as on the PC that's working?

Yes, both are using my local Bind DNS server (also hosted on my TrueNAS). I have configured both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses configured for Nextcloud which can be resolved (forward and reverse) without error.
