New to Truenas - can not connect to any plugins

Completely brand new to Truenas, can not connect to any plugins, get the following error -

I also tried to ping google and no luck.

I create a static IP, two users in both SMB & AFP. I am now trying to connect nextcloud.

Where do I go and what setting do I need to do to connect and how can I make it secure. Thank you in advance for any help.
