Hi People,
maybe i am asking something very common or stupid, but i have really very limited info about Network Sytems, somehaow i managed to install and use Truenas though... But it is only working via Wifi at my Homelan. I want to go online but my router has only IPv6 Filter and there begins my Problem. I clickt Auto IPv6 Configure Button, i see also a dedicated IPv6 Adress at my Truenas Interface, which has the same first 4 sequance with other devices at my Homenetwork. But when i look at the Router Interface, i dont see de IPv6 adress of my Trunenas Server Device, i see only IPv4 Adress (static).... Most of other Devices have both ....
i also tried to adjust IPv6 settigs via "Shell" , without sufficent Info about it... maybe i made a error or something...

can someone please help me?
Thanks

Two things:
1) You should set a Static IP for anything you with to expose to the internet so the value doesn't change during reboots of your system. Make sure the address you choose is outside the DHCP range as defined by your router, or you may need to change it to ensure there is no conflict.
2) You need to look into your router, the settings are going to be in there to make everything work. Odds are there is a forum for your router, I'd perform a Google search for the make/model of the router and add "IPV6 port forwarding". You will likely find your answer.

Good Luck
