multiple connections smb

Good afternoon, I migrated my cloud to truenas mounted on a nuc.
I created smb sharing folders for each family member and with nextcloud app that syncs photos and videos to server.
Almost everything works perfect, but I have a little detail that I can't solve.
Turns out I can't have the same account open at the same time.
I can't access windows folders and sync photos at the same time, I have the following error.
Multiple connections to a server.

how can i solve this.

You seem to be using two different accounts to access the same server. Windows chokes on that. You need to reduce down to one account.

There is no way to be able to log in from the same account on 2 different computers with another configuration.

This is because I work on the fixed computer, then I go to the laptop to pass the documents and I can't access it, without first logging out on the fixed PC.

Thats not what I mean. You cannot log into the NAS, from the same computer using two different accounts. Windows doesn't allow that
