I only need to move one folder into a jail, what's the easiest way to do that even if it's one-time use?
I tried setting up rclone, sftp, and ftp. please help

you can just copy the files on the CLI - or mount the source dataset into the jail

Although generally, you don't want your files in a jail... just mount the directories you need in the jail so that if you need to recreate the jail, your files aren't lost, you can just mount them back in the new jail.

You can access jail paths directly from your host in any case...

/mnt/pool/iocage/jails/jailname/root/....

I use WinSCP for that, adding and editing scripts and w.h.y.
