Monitoring network traffic

What's everyone's favorite way of monitoring network traffic on FreeNAS? I find it difficult to use the web GUI under Reporting > Networks because I have several unused NICs. So sometimes two relevant statistics might not be on the same page. I haven't see any way to customize this view and remove or re-order the graphs, and if I turn on more than 5 at a time, my whole web browser gets laggy.
On Linux, I like iftop. Does FreeBSD have something similar?
