Migrate RAID 5 Disk Synology Disk to FreeNAS

I have xpenology baremetal custom built server with 4x8tb(RAID 5). Is it possible to migrate those disks to FreeNAS without copying to another place or needing extra disks?

My first thought is no - but it depends on how much storage you have used and which pool layout you want to end up with.
There's a way to make a degraded raidz1, but it's not pretty (search the forums), so it might be possible - but risky. And would probably need a linux livecd to migrate the data, due to the mdadm.

No. It's simply not possible without some kind of additional storage to make the copy to/from.

Unless your entire data volume is under the size of one of your disks...
