Migrate data from one TrueNAS to another TrueNAS

I am relatively new to TrueNAS. I took over at a company that has one TrueNAS Core up and running well. There was a new TrueNAS Core in a box with larger drives for expansion. I setup the new box with the larger drives. How can I get all the data from one to the other? I do have some replication tasks running as I believe that is the way to go. That being said, I'm also unclear as to what to do with those snapshots once they are on the new box? Do they need mounted or shared on the new box?
