Upgraded to 23.10RC and to 23.10.0 stable. My l2ARC is not showing in ZFS reporting. It does show up in Netstat.

Not sure why it is not showing, but will say, for your set up, it likely is not even being used or effective? Also, drives in a pool connected via USB?not recommended at all.

Does your cache vdev disk size show up in the storage Topology?
I seems to be facing a weird issue where after rebooting the cache vdev would show up as "1 x ?"

Had to remove and readd to the pool as a cache vdev for it show the disk size.

I've got a Jira for when the L2ARC isn't recognized after reboots, here NAS-124808

I also have a Jira registered that the L2ARC is missing from the reporting page, here NAS-124809

It looks like I'm also experiencing this issue.

Developers, do you all need more debug logs? If so, how can I help?

Same problem here. After every reboot, the cache drive shows up as 1x?. Even after removing and adding the cache drive again to remove the 1x? problem, no statistics for L2ARC under statistics reporting.

Yes, on the UI side the L2ARC doesn't seems to show in the reporting. But if you enter arc_summary in shell you should be see if the L2arc is being used.

Several bugs were reported for L2ARC, (some shared above by @probain) fixes are planned in 23.10.1.

Still running into this issue in 23.10.1.1
tried readding the l2arc, but still no stats
It's not showing under Reporting/ZFS for 23.10.1.3 either. However, if you install the app Netdata. You'll get the L2ARC reports you (probably) are looking for.

What is fixed though, is that the L2ARC now doesn't show as a '?' any more. When looking in the Storage Dashboard

Is this fixed in 23.10.2, because I'm not seeing any L2ARC stats in reports in my freshly migrated install.

Using arc_summary I do see l2arc stats

Code:
L2ARC status: HEALTHY
        Low memory aborts: 0
        Free on write: 4
        R/W clashes: 0
        Bad checksums: 0
        Read errors: 0
