It's my goal to diskless boot my Windows 2012 Hyper-V server from FreeNAS target using standard 1GB NIC's . Can it be done? If so how?

I dont see why not

How?
Create iscsi in FreeNAS (read the documentation), then configure your Windows server to connect to it....

Well I've done that. I can access the target from my current hyper-V server. Okay I guess I need to be more specific. Upon boot up, (Some time in the POST) the system needs to connect to the target on the SAN before an OS is loaded. So let's say I got a Windows Server setup CD in the drive. When it gets to the part where I pick a destination drive to put the OS on, the SAN target needs to be one of the options.
