Ok im sure this is quick, its been a long night and ive tried looking, but before my eyes fall out, i though id ask here and im sure there will be quick replies. (thanks and sorry if its so simple)

Ive recently upgraded to 11.2, iocage was set on Mdata, but ive changed it to Sdata using the Jail GUI. Sdata was the pool for jails and system type stuff, Mdata is for sharing out etc. I like to keep a tidy house and dont like files or folders that are not needed.

Activated Pool for Jail Manager: Sdata

As such,
can i confirm from CLI (shell or putty) which is the active location (ive seem some comands for iocage but not that i seem relevant, theres one to set the active pool)?
can i delete the /mdata/iocage folder?
how? as its states its in busy when i try to rm it?

thanks to you all.

ok i found after having a bigger screen and a bit more time, that "mount" command shows all Mounts, and that none of my jails related or had mounts to the Mdata/iocage, this made me feel happy enough that none of my jails were running from the Mdata/iocage and assumed it can be removed. so i ran

zfs unmount -f Mdata/iocage

then ran "rmdir iocage" from within Mdata to delete the folder.

This has now made it all nice and tidy.
