Installation of TrueNAS scale

Hello, I want to install truenas scale on my PC and i was wondering of the NAS is reachable outside its network on Smartphone+Laptop and if there is a maximum space of storage allocated to the software (My PC has a space of over 1tb)

That's a function of your router, but it shouldn't be.

No. But your questions sound like you really don't understand what TrueNAS is. It's a standalone operating system that will replace whatever other operating system is on your PC, not something that will run alongside whatever else is on there.

I understand that TrueNAS is a network storage space but anything other than that i dont have any knowledge because i've never installed a NAS and i was wondering if those things were possible because i'm looking for an alternative for onedrive.

You would probably need to install Nextcloud or one of the other "sync" type products on the NAS to get what you're asking for there, but indeed it is possible to have a "private cloud drive" option similar to OneDrive.

When its all setup it is also possible to access the storage outside the network for example the storage is located at home and i try to reach it when i'm in a train and have a connection from the train

With the right setup, yes, you can access apps like Nextcloud from outside the home network.

Careful attention to security while setting that up is recommended, so make sure you use/follow a guide from a trusted source to get to the result you want.
