Install webserver on freenas

hello to all
i have question , if i can install MySQL And phpMyAdmin on freenas 9.3 if can i do it ?

Creating a jail is in the freenas docs and then to install those things look up how to do it on freenas. That should have just about all the information needed. You should take a second to learn about jails do you don't end up doing something that doesn't make sense.

Are you planning on exposing this "webserver" to the internet?

This is just my opinion but asking the questions that you are about installing a web server makes me wonder if you really should be doing this. Getting a web server installed and running is one thing, getting it running securely is quite another.

In any case Digital Ocean has a few good tutorials that can walk you through the installation of a FEMP server or FAMP server. Good luck.

If you actually read the documentation, you would know that you can indeed install a jail.

Outside of installing the jail in freenas, everything about installing a webserver inside a jail can be inferred by following just about any guide to installing a webserver in freebsd, as the jail is just running a plain freebsd install.

There is nothing related to freenas at this point.

I agree that I don't think you should be exposing this to the internet, based on the questions you are asking. You have some homework to do.
