How to change password in Ad Guard plug in

I'm having an issue changing the password on the ad guard plug in. I would like for it to not be admin admin because that's a recipe for disaster. I followed the other forum post on this topic, but was not able to access

Code:

/usr/local/bin/AdGuardHome.yaml

which is where the Bcrypt encrypted hash needs to go. The response I get is

Code:

/usr/local/bin/AdGuardHome.yaml: Permission denied

I also tried using nano which just shows the aforementioned file as blank.
